A Quick and Filling Breakfast Parfait Recipe

Whether you have a newborn, infant, toddler, or school-aged child, the reality is that when it comes to breakfast, us mamas come last. At least that is the case for me.

If you want to change things up from the green smoothies (which are great by the way!) here is a quick and healthy breakfast you can whip up the night before, leave in the fridge, and it’s ready for you to start your morning!     Giving your regular yogurt a boost! And if it’s not strawberry season, use any fruit of your choice or make a mini-fruit salad with whatever is in your fridge.

    Mix together first six in ingredients and let stand for 20 minutes for oats to become soft (can be made the night before).
    Cut strawberries.
    In a glass, make layers of yogurt and berries.
    That’s it!
