I’m a big fan of prepping ahead for the chaos of life with a newborn.
With about a week to go before my baby makes her way into the world (yay!), I have stocked up on freezing some of our summer garden goodies, making freezer jam, and a whole week’s worth of meals for that crazy first week.
But as the school season approaches, I’d also like to be able to have some quick grab-and-go breakfast options. And my favorite? Muffins!
