Potty training a toddler is something you either look forward to doing or dread. I haven’t started actively potty training my two-year-old yet, but we do have a potty chair out for him in the bathroom, which he occasionally sits on. He has shown some signs that he’s ready for potty training, but isn’t quite ready yet. So, we encourage him to sit on the potty and let him go through the process as if he did use the potty, but we’re not rushing him. Whether you’re in the very early stages of potty training your baby or are preparing to do so in the near future, there are some essential potty training products you’ll need and some that will make potty training your toddler more fun. If you add a little Disney magic with fun Disney characters, then you’ll be even more on your way to potty training success!

You can try a 3-in-1 potty chair, like this Cars Racing Mission Potty System, which is both a stand-alone potty chair and a trainer seat for your toilet – plus, the base converts to a step stool!
#1 A Potty Chair (Disney Princess)
Your potty training princess will love her own Disney Princess potty chair! Just like the Cars potty chair, the Magical Sparkle Potty System featuring Disney Princess is a 3-in-1 system, allowing you to use whichever method your child prefers!
#2 Training Pants (Training Diapers)
When it’s time to say good-bye to diapers, your toddler will be pulling up those training pants! Your baby will love being able to pull his “diaper” on and off with such ease as he tries using the potty. Check out the choices of these Pull-Ups Learning Designs Training Pants.
#4 Fun Soap!
It’s good for toddlers to learn that every potty chair visit, should be followed by a wash of the hands. Using this fun Mickey or Minnie Mouse foaming hand wash by Method is a great way to get your baby excited about washing hands!
#5 A Disney Book Basket
Encouraging your baby to try using the potty is one of the most important aspects of potty training. A basket full of Disney books next to their potty chair is sure to help entice your little one to ‘try’ sitting on the potty!
#6 A Potty Training Friend
Perhaps having a friend share in learning how to use the potty, will help your toddler overcome any potty training fears. A brand-new Disney plush toy will make the potty training journey a fun one for your baby!
