Bringing Savana home

Savana was born with a hole in her heart and was hosipitalized from the day she was born. She needed to grow in order to get heart surgery. Prior to surgery we had 5 short at home with her. this picture is the first day she was home and my son, Zander (2 years old) was able to hold his baby sister, Savana (2.5 months old) for the first time.
