No, we are not specifically looking for Disney-related photos. Photos showing your child with Disney characters, in Disney attire, with Disney toys, etc. will not be given preference over others in the finalist selection process.
No, title and text are not required. If you choose to include a title and/or a description, it should be related to the photo and will be considered as a part of the finalist selection process. We want to protect your privacy, so please do not include names, address or location in your title and/or description.
No, it is optional to categorize your entry into Getting Ready, In the Nursery, Dressing Baby, On-the-Go, Mealtime, Playtime, Bathtime, or Baby’s Firsts. This information will not be considered in the finalist selection process.
It’s up to you! Photos must include at least one child under 24 months (born between September 2010 and May 2012). But photos of twins, siblings, or your child pictured with friends or family members who are not under 24 months will all be accepted.
One of the prizes for the Grand Prize winner is to be featured in a Disney Baby ad in a national magazine and on the site. The photo shoot will take place September 2012, so we need to ensure the winner is still a baby – newborn to 24 months – at this time!
No, but you are welcome to re-submit them during the contest entry phase (May 15-June 18) and they will be entered into the contest.
Log in to the Website. Go to the Disney Baby Magical Moments page and click on My Moments. You should see all the moments you’ve added to the Website. To remove a moment, click on it, and then click the “remove this moment” button.
Entries not in compliance with the Contest Rules and Guidelines or Disney’s Terms of Use will be removed. Guests whose entries have been removed will receive a letter of explanation.

No, entering the contest automatically enters you into both the relevant Weekly Winner contest and the Fan Favorite contest. You may enter as many times as you want as long as each entry includes a different photo. You may not resubmit the same entry into subsequent weekly entry periods.

Yes, the last day to enter your child into the contest is June 18, 2012. Fan Favorite voting ends on this day. Your child may be considered by the judges to be one of the five (5) Little Character finalists, independent of how many Fan Favorite votes your entry receives.
Guests are required to register with a unique e-mail address and log in to vote. At the Sponsor’s sole discretion, guests may be disqualified from the Contest and/or from the voting process if they create one or more invalid e-mail addresses/accounts with intent to affect the integrity of the submission and/or voting process.
No. The Fan Favorite winner is determined based on the number of votes an entry receives. The five Little Character finalists are chosen by a panel of judges, independent of how many Fan Favorite votes each entry receives.
The one entrant in the Disney Baby Little Character Contest who receives the most valid fan votes during the Fan Favorite Voting period (May 15- June 18, 2012) will be named the Fan Favorite. Disney reminds you to respect the contest and those participating and reserves the right to review and disqualify votes, or voters, who violate the terms and conditions of the contest.
From May 15 to June 18, a panel of judges will select a weekly winner from the entries submitted each week based on the following criteria: 34% for overall appearance of the baby in the photo, 33% for overall personality of the baby as expressed through the photo and 33% for emotional appeal. The Panel’s decision is final. Each weekly winner must be willing to be showcased on the Website. From June 28 to July 19, the public will vote to decide the one Grand Prize winner from among the five finalists. The Grand Prize winner will be the finalist with the most valid votes at the conclusion of the finalist voting phase on July 19.
No, weekly winners are selected from just the entries submitted that week. See weekly entry periods below. In order to be considered for each weekly contest, you must resubmit a new entry (with a different photo) during each period.
There will be a winning entry selected from each week for a total of five (5) weekly winners:
- Week One entry period begins at 12:01 P.M. on May 15 and ends at 11:59:59 A.M. May 21 PST
- Week Two entry period begins at 12:01 P.M. on May 21 and ends at 11:59:59 A.M. May 28 PST
- Week Three entry period begins at 12:01 P.M. on May 28 and ends at 11:59:59 A.M. June 4 PST
- Week Four entry period begins at 12:01 P.M. on June 4, and ends at 11:59:59 A.M. June 11 PST
- Week Five entry period begins at 12:01 P.M. on June 11 and ends at 11:59:59 A.M. June 18 PST
