The New Pajama Tradition ~ Holiday Themed Disney Baby Sleepers & Slippers

Christmas holds many happy memories and fun traditions for our family. One of them began 6 years ago when our first daughter was born and has continued every year since. Every year, on Christmas Eve our kids are allowed to open one gift. Inside that one package is a pair of brand new pajamas.

Once they put on their new PJ’s we put out a glass of milk and a plate of cookies and cut carrots for Santa and his reindeers. Then we all snuggle up on the couch and read “The Night Before Christmas” by the fireplace. It’s a fun tradition and the kids wake up in their brand new pajamas on Christmas morning.

Baby’s First Christmas is such a special one and a holiday you will never forget. I like to commemorate special ‘firsts’ with gifts that reflect it. I’ve rounded up some holiday themed sleepers and adorable slippers that you can either gift for Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

  • Baby Candy Cane

    Baby Candy Cane

Babies are sweeter than candy, but it’s always fun to dress them up as such. This snap closure sleeper has Minnie Mouse playing peek-a-boo on the front pocket which says “My First Christmas”. Red and white stripes and picot trimming add even more sweetness!

  • Festive Snuggles

I just love the embroidered details on this snuggly Mickey Mouse Blanket Sleeper. The plaid trim adds an added festive flair. No worries about baby slipping in this sleeper either as the attached slipper feet offer a no-slip tread.

  • Mickey Mouse Slippers

Whether it be socks or slippers, babies love to pull things off their feet. These Plush Mickey Mouse Slippers offer a higher stretch top to help prevent just that. The bottoms have hard soled sections with no-slip treads for safety.

  • My First Christmas 2012

I just love snowflakes, they make the holidays that much brighter. Mickey seems to agree with me as he is playing with a couple on this striped sleeper. Parents who aren’t fond of snaps will love the zippered closure on this!

  • Cuddle Your Little Mouse

It’s your baby girl’s first Christmas and you want her to be as comfortable as possible, while still looking her very best. Made from white velour and trimmed in red, this zippered sleeper for little girls features Minnie Mouse, snowflakes and “My First Christmas”.

  • Minnie Steps

You can’t get much softer than velour, which is why this velour sleep and play sleeper is so perfect for new babies. An embroidered Mickey tops his Christmas tree with a shining star.

  • Boys Are Sweet Too!

My First Christmas. This is the first and last time you will ever have a chance to celebrate such a memorable time in your child’s life, so why not commemorate it with a pair of PJs! Designed especially for little boys, this snap closure sleeper has Mickey Mouse playing peek-a-boo on the front pocket.

  • 3D Mickey Slippers

There is a vintage sweetness to this sleeper with a touch of glam. Made out of a soft 100% cotton ivory snowflake print and trimmed in gorgeous red, this sleeper features a kimono style neck line and Minnie Mouse sparkling with glittery touches. Fold over cuffs help to prevent baby from scratching.

  • Ho, Ho, Ho!

With a scarf around his neck, a hat on his head and a sack of toys in his hands, Mickey plays Santa on this adorable newborn sleeper. The fold over mitts help to prevent those tiny nails from scratching.

  • Tiggerific

Tigger has a way of really embracing the cold weather doesn’t he? Just look how he bounces and slides through the snow banks on this pastel printed holiday sleeper.

  • Trouble!

“Wasn’t me!” “No really Ma, it wasn’t!” Those 101 Dalmations are adorable but awfully mischievous – just like certain toddlers I know… They cover themselves on stretchy striped sleeper with the words “Don’t Blame Me.”

  • Red Winnie

Red adds a hint of Christmas cheer with these pull-on Winnie the Pooh slippers. The elasticized opening ensures a snug fit.

I just wish those slippers came in larger sizes…
