Two Ingredient "Ice Cream"
There are two things I don’t like snack time to be: a big hassle and unhealthy.
This easy “ice cream” is neither. In fact, it only has two ingredients and you can make it in about two minutes, if you have frozen bananas.
Just freeze some bananas and then throw them in a food processor with some cocoa powder and let it run until it looks like ice cream (I do one banana and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder per serving). Serve up and make your toddler think you’re the coolest mom ever for giving ice cream as a snack.
Sometimes, if I want a little protein or some variety, I add a scoop of peanut butter or almond butter.
