We are 2 days into our spring break and I have an entire list of things to do with the kids before it ends. The tricky part is that mama doesn’t really get much of a break as I still have to juggle my work while keeping everyone entertained. No rest for the weary!
At 18-months, my son is at a tricky age. He can’t skate, nor can he take part in any of the March Break day camps, but there are still so many things we can do together as an entire family that offer fun for everyone.

Visit The Animals
There are many zoos that are open year-round and depending on where you live the weather in March is the perfect time to visit the animals. If you are spending the entire day at the zoo be sure to bring a good stroller and baby carrier to switch things up!
Visit The Reading Room
Take a trip to your local library and check the schedule for any upcoming events and story hours. They usually have some fun things planned for spring break. If not, no worries! Everyone loves books and a trip to the library is a welcome adventure any day of the week.
Pull out your sled on go tobogganing in the snow! You can pull your little one along or pile all of the kids in and take them for a ride down the snow hills.
