Little Red Rocking Chair
This little red rocking chair was a vintage store find. It’s amazing the things you can find scouring your local antique shops and markets!
Baby Olive's Changing Station
I love the mix of soft colors. They make the room feel so cheery without being overwhelming. Soft pinks sprinkled throughout the room add to the girl charm.
You can transform a dresser with a little paint and some cool drawer pulls. These are from Anthropologie but you can find unique ones in other places too. Such a simple detail that really pulls a room together.
I love that they repurposed a vintage scale found at an antique shop to hold those everyday essentials near the changing station!
Pretty Pretty Prints
Painted frames and vintage prints add so much charm to the space. Vintage prints are a really great way to add color and character and you can find them all over from the local flea markets, to antique shops, even online.
Spray painted wire baskets attached to the wall become charming little nooks for things like extra diapers and other changing table essentials.
A Fun Surprise
You wouldn’t think that an iron would be a fun nursery decor item but this toy iron covered in vintage fabric adds so much whimsy!
Mixing patterns is definitely an art and it’s done so well in this space! I love all the floral patterns.
Blue, Mint, Yellow, Pink...
So many colors cheer up the room and add life and energy. But everything seems cohesive because of the vintage quality. I love the soft blues and greens here with the bright yellow book.
Displaying books with their covers facing out makes for instant art on the walls. I love this mix up of items!
How fun is this vintage tambourine. I bet little Olive will love to shake it and hear all the noise it makes one day. Mom and Dad on the other hand might not love it. HA!
Framed With Love
The gorgeous frames used in the room were from Baby Olive’s grandmother’s antique shop!
Texture adds so much coziness to a room. This room is layered in textures from the rug to the ottoman to the blankets and even the ruffled curtains.
These gorgeous ruffled pink curtains are such a perfect accent for a girly nursery space.
Pops of Color
Adding mismatched colorful nobs makes the space whimsical and charming. I love when things aren’t too matchy-matchy.
Handmade With Love
This adorable little elephant doll was handmade by a friend. Incorporating elements like this instantly ups the love factor in the room.
Bits and Pieces
Strawberries! So perfect for a springtime nursery and such a fun addition to this vintage-inspired space!
Layers of Comfort
The linens and pillows were made with love by Olive’s aunt using vintage fabrics. Isn’t that just beyond special?!
I love this! This pillow is too cute and is even more adorable since it’s a play on Olive’s name.
Tiny personalized touches make the space extra special. I’m sure Baby Olive will cherish this quilt!
Lighter Than Air
This dreamy little corner is so lovely with it’s fabric banner and hot air balloon decor. Such a perfect place to drift off into dreams.
A Bit of Magic
Is it just me or are vintage hot air balloons a bit magical? This is such a pretty and soothing piece of art for Baby Olive to look at.
I love how creative moms and dads are getting with mobiles. This one couldn’t be a more perfect fit for the room from the colors to the theme.
