Scarf Alternative: 8 Pretty Must-Have Cowl Necks for Baby

While a cowl neck may be still considered a scarf, for me, it’s more of a scarf alternative for your baby. It’s totally different than your everyday scarf as it fits loosely around your neck yet keeps you warm.
