This is so easy and veratile! To start, get some mint sprigs from your garden or from the market, the juice of one lemon, a few handfuls of ice, a medium sized pitcher full of cold water, and a half of a cucumber sliced up.
Muddle the mint leaves a bit in your hands and combine everything in the pitcher. Let it chill in the fridge for half an hour. Strain the leaves and cucumbers out as you serve it.
