Looking Forward to Potty Training with Familiar Monster Friends

Before Elvie had her surgery, she was showing signs of being ready to potty train. While she is brace-bound and healing, we’re stuck with diapers, but I am already beginning to plan the best way to introduce potty training to her. She’s a girl with her own opinions on how to do things, so I think that we will have to offer direction and then wait for her to be ready. The one thing I do know is that we will be using Huggies Pull Ups as part of our training, and I was super excited to find out that Costco now carries Pull Ups featuring the characters from Monsters Inc. Elvie hasn’t seen a whole lot of movies just yet, but she loves those furry monsters!

Huggies Pull Ups Training Pants, featuring those lovable monsters from Monsters Inc., are available in a set that include Cars and Toy Story characters as well, plus in a set that includes Disney Princesses and Minnie. Because Elvie’s big sister loves the movie Cars, we’ll probably get that set so that everyone gets excited about potty training. In true little sister fashion, Elvie usually wants to have and do what her big sister has and does.

We’ll start with the smallest size of 2T – 3T, but I’m glad that the Pull Ups are available in larger sizes so if Elvie takes her time or still needs overnight protection, we can stay consistent with all aspects of our potty training, including the characters she’ll see and recognize on her her Pull Ups. Getting them at Costco will make it a breeze. More Pull Ups in a package mean fewer trips to the store. It’s a true win-win.
