/>I still can’t believe it has been 17 months. I know it sounds so cliché, but it really does feel like it was just yesterday that I was up at 3 in the morning breastfeeding an 8-pound Jada while rocking her back to sleep. Time surely does fly.
Now, my little girl is making us laugh, asking for what she wants, and even telling us what to do at times (she reminds me of myself). As Jada starts to understand more and more about language, I am astounded by how much she learns with each passing day. The ways our babies learn to speak and communicate will forever amaze me.
Here is what Jada loves to say these days. I’d love to hear what your sweet babies are saying to you.
- No (of course that had to be the first one)
- Bless You (I just fake sneezes to hear this one)
- Uh oh
- Pepper (our cat)
- Whoa (every time she falls)
- Night Night
- Chi (what she calls her brother, Malachi)
