With two little girls in our home we have a lot of headband love! Apple (4 months) and Ainsleigh (toddler) are always sporting their matching headbands and accessories and I am constantly on the lookout for new headband shops. Today I want to share an interview with the beautiful shop Jameson Monroe & a few of their gorgeous headbands for your little gals! I am so thrilled to share because their creations are amazing!
This gorgeous shop is co.owned by sisters whom both have a love of fashion & the latest trends! In 2009 they started making their own headbands & other items, then in 2010 they decided to branch out and start selling their handmade items on Etsy. It was a slow start, but with a lot of hard work and determination they found their niche and have built a fan base of moms who like to stay on top of trends for themselves and their little ones alike.

Where do you draw your inspiration from?
“We draw our inspiration from so many different avenues. We draw it from the runways, pantone colors, trends we see in our fashions and in the fashions of our little ones, favorite movies and characters, flowers, etc. We love seeing bold prints and patterns included in our designs, especially loving polka dots and all forms of stripes right now. This season we are hitting pastels, neons and jewel tones, just like you will see in all the fashion magazines and fashion trends. We definitely like our designs to stay current and modern.”
What is Jameson Monroe known for?
“We are probably most well know for the ability to create any and everything custom to your preferences. When we list a headband in our store, about 90% of the time, you can choose your own color combinations from the hundreds and hundreds that we have available. We have been told countless times, that we have the largest selection of flowers and elastics on all of Etsy. One of our most popular items is our single shabby chic skinny collection, which comes in literally thousands of different color combinations…. “

“… In addition to being able to choose your own colors, we love coming up with unique and custom designs for birthdays, holidays, sports teams, you name it. We have designed headbands as gifts for themed birthday parties, and events, which have been so much fun, and have even gotten recognition on some pretty big party blogs. Tell us a little about your families?
“Megan and I come from a very large family. We have 1 brother and 8 sisters, so 11 kids total! We were raised in Orange County, California. We have both since moved to Utah and now are raising families of our own. Megan is married and has 5 children ranging in age from 2-10. She has two girls, Madeline & Malone, and three boys, Noah, Cooper and Hudson. I am also married and have two girls myself – Holland and Ireland.”

“Jameson Monroe is dedicated to staying on top of the trends. We incorporate colors and styles to our designs for children that are scarcely found in that age range.”
