From Toddler to Little Girl
Last week, I suggested to Ella that I put her hair in pigtails and, to my surprise, she readily agreed.
And then I died from the cuteness.
What is it about pigtails that turn a baby (she was just a fuzzy-headed baby ten seconds ago!) to a full-on little girl?
