From talking about it and preparing it to eating it and cleaning it up afterward, food takes up a lot of our time. Luckily, we’re a foodie family. Cooking and eating don’t feel like daunting tasks. Instead, they are fun projects! Some of my most cherished memories revolve around certain dishes or special meals. If you want your babe to enjoy food, it’s important to instill the value of food and good eating habits early on.
