Bathtime Fun with Finding Nemo

We finally found a set of bath-toys that both of them are happy with and that they don’t mind sharing. Small victories, big-time sibling, bath-time love.

There’s nothing quite as good as watching your child’s face light up with the joy of discovery over what may seem so simple to us. Oh, to be a kid again!

It was during this first meeting that my guy was whispering hello to Nemo and scrunching his nose up against the little squirter saying, “NemoNemNemoNemo”- over and over again. I then died from the cute.

We’ve had bathtub squirt toys before, but for some reason my son took to Nemo more than any of the ones before. Clearly, it has all to do with recognizing one of his favourite movie caricatures and getting a kick out of having a Nemo all to himself. That and the endless squirting of his sister possibilities.

I love how simple it can be to bring joy to a baby’s world. Upon discovering that the floating scoopers could turn into a ball? Abby was in seventh heaven. My girl loves playing with balls!

I love that there are enough bath toys stacked into Squirt to keep them both happy, they love playing with their friends (and each other) from one of their favourite movies.

Dude can’t get enough of the Nemo squirter. His smile says it all!

Non-stop giggles are to be had when I bust out these nesting bath pals. I thought it might be a short-lived fad – but nope. They love it so much we added to the list of must bring toys for their recent stay at their grandparents.
