A Twinkle Twinkle Little Star 1st Birthday Party

Although the party set-up didn’t go as smoothly as Kirsten would have liked, I think the final results from the twinkle, twinkle bash are pretty perfect. Celebrating her daughter Jane’s first birthday, she decided on an outdoor lunch party that both babies and adults could enjoy and didn’t let any detail go unnoticed. Take a look for yourself.

Kirsten set up a white sun shade outside so the lunch table and spread could be placed underneath. She handmade the poster with black poster board, a white pen, and a string of Christmas lights.

Kristen wanted to include Jane’s friends in on the celebration so she lined them up in front and they all got to wear crowns and enjoy the festivities. They all had the same high chair which worked well for the overall look.

It’s not a first birthday party without a cake that the child is utterly confused by. I love the pink frosting.
