A Pumpkin Pie Smoothie for Toddlers and Parents Alike!

It’s the season of the pumpkin! Pumpkins are so good for you, so why not try to get your kids to enjoy them too? And with this delicious smoothie recipe, you know they will. It tastes like pumpkin pie — sweet and a bit spicy. Yum!

It’s so easy! Here’s what you’ll need…

1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. vanilla almond milk
1/4 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. honey (if desired) or stevia

Combine all ingredients in a blender and voila!
