A Healthier Pancake That Your Kids Will Gobble Up
Since Beck has decided that eating solid foods isn’t so bad, I’ve been trying to come up with meal ideas that are protein packed while still being a soft enough texture for him to chew and swallow safely. Oh yeah, and it has to taste good enough that he’ll actually eat it. Not the easiest of tasks. That’s why I was thrilled when I came across a pancake recipe on Oh Joy that not only fits the description, it’s only three ingredients:

one egg, one ripe banana, one tablespoon of peanut butter. That’s it! Mix them all together to form a batter and cook just like a normal pancake. Your kids will love them.
Thanks for the sharing the tip Joy!
