How to Create a Greener Home for Baby

Thanks to Disney Baby for sponsoring this post and giving me products from Baby ECOS for free.

It wasn’t until I became a mother that I began consistently reading product labels, searching for hidden toxins and chemicals I couldn’t pronounce. It’s an exhausting task at times, sifting through dozens and dozens of “green” or all-natural products, only to find a list of questionable ingredients littering most brands in the marketplace.

Naturally, I rely heavily on companies that take the guesswork out of the process, namely Baby ECOS. Here are a few of our favorites that have recently entered our household (and are here to stay!).

  • Toy & Table Cleaner

We reach for this toy and table cleaner to prep for playdates where younger babies are coming over and we don’t want to expose them to Bee’s germs.

  • Bottle & Dish Soap

Bee still takes a nightly bottle, so we find ourselves using this dish and bottle soap at least once a day. It’s made with naturally derived ingredients and you can tell – there’s virtually no film or scent left after rinsing!

  • Laundry Detergent

I've found myself reaching for this mild detergent more than any other in the pantry, even when laundering our own clothing. After all, what’s good enough for Bee is good enough for us!

  • Stain & Odor Remover

This stain remover has seen its fair share of challenges – ketchup, blackberries and even red wine – but it gets the job done time and again. This one’s sure to be a permanent staple in our home!
