4 Simple Ways To Create The Perfect Bedtime Routine

Bedtime doesn’t have to be stressful. In just four easy steps, you can create a bedtime routine you and your Little will both love.

Get Ready The Night Before

Start out with getting everything ready the night before. Stock up your diaper bag, lay out all clothes, pack lunches. I usually do this all after dinner at my house. It begins our “get ready for bed” routine.

Take A Bath

One of the best ways to remind your little that it’s close to bedtime is with a bath. This is also a relaxing way to get them ready for some shut-eye.

Lights Out, Music On

Sometimes a great way to get your child to relax is putting on music rather than the TV. My older girls love listening to classical music as they drift off to dreamland.
